walk on the ridge Mendel
13.7 km, 890 Hm, about 6 hours
From Oberfennberg (1200 m) to the Fennerjoch (1608 m), then it goes up and down in the north to the Corno di Tres (1802 m), the saddle (1748 m) and the battalion head (1670 m). When Barabara Bildstöckl right branches off the Barabarasteig, this leads us through Schönleitental (really nice!) Leger and on to the bear after Graun Hefele.
The snow shoes, we did have it, but only briefly in use. There were many icy spots especially on the descent. The temperature is very pleasant for this time of year, almost springlike.
